Side Twist or Russian Twist with medicine ball.
Sit on floor with knees bent, feet on the ground. Lean back. Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of you. Twist side to side making sure you are using your waist, not shoulders.
Make it Harder – lift feet off the ground.
